The service
We provide a compatibility report based on astrological synastry, delivered on this website. A free preview is available after the questionnaire; the full report and daily dynamic require a subscription. The report is for self-reflection and entertainment only — see the entertainment disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
Subscriptions, trial and billing
The trial is 7 days, free; your card is collected at checkout but nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription continues at the price of the plan you chose (shown next to the plan, and again above the payment button, before you pay) and renews at that price for each period until cancelled. The renewal amount and date are stated in plain text before you start, and we email you on day 5 of the trial with the renewal date, the amount, and a one-click cancel link.
Billing is handled by Polar, our merchant of record; Polar’s terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where required.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page in two clicks. There is no retention screen, no “are you sure” page, and no phone call. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel during the trial you are charged nothing at all.
Refunds
If something is wrong with the service — a report failed to generate, or you were charged after cancelling — email us and we will refund. Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion and never withheld to make a point.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you may use the other person’s birth data as described in the privacy policy, and that you will not use the service to harass or profile anyone. Share links show the other person their side of the report; do not use them to misrepresent what the report says.
Liability
The report is an interpretation, not advice. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
